​We are very excited for the great turnout at the Grand Opening of our new flagship headquarters in Meriden, CT. It is wonderful to welcome a larger community into our fold and we would like to extend a big thank you to all those that attended including Christopher Cozzi (President of the New Haven Building Trades), State Senator Dante Bartolomeo and Manuel Santos (Mayor of the City of Meriden).

Every morning trainees participate in a variety of agility exercises as well as a physical fitness run. These calisthenics are an extremely important part of preparing the body for the rigorous work of the construction industry. Check out a small sample of students working it out below!
